The side mount allows the spray tool to be mounted on the left or right side of the robot, if driving close to curbs or similar is necessary.
1. Dismount the top plate and the spray tool by loosening the eight M5 bolts attaching the parts.
2. Mount the side mount plate using four M5 bolts. The end with five holes must be placed at the center of the robot.
3. Mount the spray tool in the other end of the side mount plate using four M5 bolts.
4. Use the 75 cm extension cable provided with the side mount to connect the spray tool to the electronic box. Fasten the cable using cable ties to ensure that the cable will not conflict with the wheels.

5. The GNSS receiver/antenna must be mounted in the center of the robot as before.
6. Choose the tool side and the length of the side mount (the side mount is 0.42 m) in the tablet app:
Settings > Robot behavior > Robot geometry.

Removing spray tool
Remove the center fixed mount (spray tool) by un-screwing the 4 bolts.

Attaching spray tool to side mount
The removed spray tool must now be attached to the side mount. Use the same 4 screws from before to attach it.

Attaching side mount to robot
Once the spray tool is attached to the side mount, you can now attach them to the robot in the same place the center fixed mount (spray tool) was located.

Input value in tablet
Once the side mount is securely mounted on the robot, you must now input the value (distance of the tool) that you prefer on the tablet. To do so, follow the steps below:
On the tablet: Settings > Robot behavior > Robot geometry > Side shift
When you find the setting Side shift, push the setting left or right, depending on your preference.
