1. Check app Information
The app is designed to give real-time information about the status of both robot and tablet.
Check to see if any of the icons in the top bar are yellow or red. If this is the case, it will be a good indication of what is causing the issue.
Internet and GNSS (Only for robots with pre-installed internal GNSS)
If the robot does not have internet or GNSS, this will prevent the robot from connecting and will cause a red or yellow status light.
2. Restart robot
- Turn the key counterclockwise to turn off the robot.
- Wait for 10 seconds.
- Turn the robot back on.
If this does not fix the issue, moving the robot while turned off can sometimes fix the issue.
3. Move and restart robot
- Turn the key counterclockwise to turn off the robot.
- Push the robot manually in any direction for 25 meters / 25 yards.
- Turn the robot back on.
4. Restart tablet
If the tablet is showing an error message such as "No Tablet Internet", restarting the tablet can sometimes fix the issue.
- Press and hold the Power button on the tablet.
- Press Restart and let the tablet and app restart.
